By accessing or using DCPIXEL (dcpixel.com), a service operated by DCOUTLIER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DCPIXEL provides free, browser-based image and PDF tools. All file processing occurs exclusively within your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to our servers. The service is free to use, requires no account or registration, and imposes no daily usage limits on core tools.

3. Permitted Use

You may use DCPIXEL for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

  • You will not use DCPIXEL to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our website.
  • You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • You will not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to mass-request our pages beyond normal browsing behavior.
  • You will not impersonate DCPIXEL or DCOUTLIER in any context.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on DCPIXEL — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, and source code — is the property of DCOUTLIER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Your files remain yours. Since DCPIXEL never receives your files, we claim no intellectual property rights over any content you process using our tools.

5. Advertising

DCPIXEL is supported by advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-1743865545749571). Advertising cookies are only loaded after you provide cookie consent. You may opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DCPIXEL is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any output produced by our tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DCOUTLIER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use DCPIXEL, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because all file processing occurs locally in your browser and no files are transmitted to our servers, DCPIXEL bears no responsibility for file loss, corruption, or data breaches related to your local files.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

DCPIXEL may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of DCPIXEL after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to DCPIXEL for any user who violates these terms, without notice. Since no account is required, termination means blocking access from specific IP addresses or devices in cases of abuse.
