1. Who We Are

DCPIXEL (dcpixel.com) is a free online image and PDF tool suite operated by DCOUTLIER. Our contact email is contato@dcoutlier.com.

DCPIXEL is built on a zero-upload architecture: every image, PDF, and document you process using our tools is handled exclusively inside your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and WebAssembly. No file data is ever transmitted to our servers. This is not a marketing promise — it is a mathematical architectural certainty. A hacker breaking into DCPIXEL servers would find zero user files, because we physically possess none.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Your Files and Documents — We Collect Nothing

DCPIXEL does not upload, store, log, or access any image, PDF, or document you use with our tools. All processing occurs locally within your device's RAM. When you close the browser tab, the browser's garbage collector permanently removes any trace of your files from memory.

2.2 Analytics Data (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. To protect page performance, analytics scripts load only after your first interaction with the page (scroll, mouse movement, touch, or keystroke). GA4 may collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Approximate geographic location (country/region — never street-level)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Referring website or search query
  • Anonymized session and event data

This data is processed by Google under their own Privacy Policy. You may opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

2.3 Advertising Data (Google AdSense)

We display advertisements through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-1743865545749571). Google AdSense and its DoubleClick advertising technology use cookies to serve relevant ads. This may involve:

  • Interest-based advertising using anonymized browsing data
  • Frequency capping (limiting how often you see the same ad)
  • Ad performance measurement (impressions and clicks)
  • Remarketing to users who have previously visited our site

Like analytics, AdSense scripts load only after user interaction to minimize performance impact on page load. You may opt out of interest-based advertising at Google Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Note that opting out removes ad personalization but does not remove ads entirely.

2.4 Contact Form Data

If you contact us via our contact page or by email at contato@dcoutlier.com, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share it with third parties.

2.5 Tool Ratings

When you submit a star rating for a tool, we store only the rating value and the tool ID. No personal information is associated with ratings. Rating data is stored anonymously on our server.

DCPIXEL uses the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary: Session cookies required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Help us understand how visitors interact with the site. Loaded after user interaction.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense / DoubleClick): Enable Google to display relevant advertisements and measure their performance. Loaded after user interaction.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling advertising cookies does not remove ads — it makes them less personalized. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

4. LGPD and GDPR Compliance

Because DCPIXEL never receives or stores your files on our servers, we comply with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD)and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)by architectural design. We are not an “Operator” of your files under either regulation, because we never receive them.

Under both LGPD and GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data
  • Data portability (receiving your data in a machine-readable format)
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Since DCPIXEL never stores your files, the primary security surface is limited to analytics and advertising data managed entirely by Google. Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption, ensuring all traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit. We do not store passwords or sensitive payment information.

7. Children's Privacy

DCPIXEL does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the EU/EEA where required by GDPR). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contato@dcoutlier.com and we will promptly delete such information.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form communications for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry, typically no longer than 12 months. Anonymous tool rating data is retained indefinitely to power the site's rating system. Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per Google Analytics' default settings.

9. International Transfers

Analytics and advertising data collected by Google may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. Google maintains Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards for international data transfers as required by GDPR. Since DCPIXEL never receives your files, no file data is transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users via a site notice.
